'description_en' => 'The Gold Note DS-5.2 is a reference-grade, compact streaming DAC and preamplifier engineered to bridge the gap between modern digital convenience and pure, analog-like musical truth. In the high-end audio world, digital sources often suffer from an artificial, hyper-detailed “digital glare” that quickly causes listener fatigue. Gold Note solves this by integrating a premium AKM AK4493 DAC within a fully balanced, ultra-low-noise Italian architecture. Rather than artificially sharpening the sound, the DS-5.2 extracts the natural warmth, complex micro-dynamics, and rhythmic flow of the original recording. Operating as the ultimate digital control hub for contemporary Hi-Fi systems, it features comprehensive high-resolution streaming capabilities—including Roon Ready, TIDAL Connect, and Qobuz—alongside HDMI eARC for seamless smart TV integration.
Because it includes an audiophile-grade analog preamplifier and a dedicated 6.3mm headphone output, it can directly drive active loudspeakers or a power amplifier without the need for additional components. Housed in a beautifully damped, resonance-resistant chassis and designed to be fully scalable with the optional PSX-5.2 external power supply, the DS-5.2 is the definitive solution for listeners demanding uncompromised high-fidelity streaming in an elegant, modern footprint.

'description_en' => '"It sounds taut and controlled but never rhythmically over-rigid. Its tonal balance is just about spot-on, and it never strays into that rather matter-of-fact sense of resolution-first music style that some streamers/DACs do. In fact, its resolving power tends to feel entirely subsidiary to its bouncing sense of tuneful exuberance most of the time. But what I really enjoy about it is the way it puts all the musical elements together to highlight a performance. The top to bottom balance and certainly how it can layer the instrumentation is compelling.
Where some systems can bombard you with needlepoint resolution yet sound rather flat and uninteresting, the Gold Note has a real and attractive view of the soundstage and the shape of the music. It is also very quiet, which helps enormously and shows you perspectives and instrumental pictures and shapes with dimension and exceptional stability. It has real depth in more ways than one.
I admit to being surprised at how musically interesting this unassuming but highly efficient little machine is. I think it’s a great little package because it is always succinct and to the point. It sounds very good indeed, and as a gateway to the world of music outside your living room, I’d say it’s a pretty solid investment for anyone wanting to take that next step."

'description_en' => 'MX-Stream - Overview
Musical Fidelity has always been driven by the vision to create musically engaging audio products which can hold this standard of fidelity for many generations to come. Many MF classics are still in the hands of their proud owners and have proven the success of our design philosophy.
Streaming in Musical Fidelity Tradition
The MX-Stream is developed with the same goal in mind as everything else at Musical Fidelity. Technically correct design that not only measures like a dream but also sounds like it. In order for it to be true to the original Musical Fidelity spirit it has to have our warm yet transparent and incredibly detailed signature sound and not just be technical wizardry for the sake of clean technical measurements. We have to hear it, we have to feel it, and we have to be moved by it.
There are audio products of the past that did not necessarily measure so well, but people still grew to love them. This can also be done with close to perfect technical specifications and the same dedication to the actual perceivable sound qualities. And Musical Fidelity have done exactly this – always.
As a result, these pieces of audio gear are elevated to the highest levels and become the true entries into affordable, no nonsense high-end. The MX-Stream is yet another prime example in our long-lasting design philosophy.

Overview and Hardware Design
Our MX-Stream is a universal, transport-only network device that can take any online or network streaming service to your integrated amplifier or DAC. All you need is an existing USB Class 2.0 Audio input. The MX-Stream’s digital audio circuitry is a complete custom design from scratch. A huge part inside the chassis is dedicated to the extensive power supply section. We have PSUs and high-end voltage stabilization components for all the different PCB units. We have advanced re-clocking – even the main CPU is operated by an audio optimized clock, which is completely unheard in typical streaming solutions, as they typically run with standard CPU clocks like those in regular computers. Every incoming digital signal is cleaned up from the very beginning. All audio files that come in and out, are the best they can be by eliminating all unwanted noise that can be found in common streaming solutions. With an optimized software, we were able to push this high-tech hardware design to its absolute limits. All of this resulted in the first near-zero jitter streamer we have ever seen.
Bit-perfect and Open Software Design
Its design makes it future proof by keeping the architecture open. In 10 years’ time, your MX- Stream will be as relevant as today because it can run any open source software that you are willing and able to throw at it. It will use the same revelatory hardware design and continue to be the perfect streaming transport. Of course, for now you can just unpack the unit and set it up and it will be perfectly plug&play ready and you can immediately stream ahead. The on-board operating system and playback software - by default - is set up to enable you 1:1 bit-perfect digital audio transfers to your USB DAC of choice right from the start. You do not need to worry about anything, we have done all the engineering and configuration for you. You are free to enjoy the Musical Fidelity signature sound without in-depth knowledge of digital audio technology. However, all the expert-users will find advanced options available to tailor the experience to their exact specifications and gain complete and transparent control of what their system is doing. Truly accessible high-end at your fingertips.
Flexibility and Control Options
The MX-Stream can be controlled via mobile App, in any web-browser and you can connect HDMI- and touchscreens for a full, haptic touch screen experience. A full Roon-Ready certification, support for all lossless high-resolution streaming services that are available right now and hi-res formats (up to 32bit/384kHz and DSD256) and standard network features like NAS support, USB-hard drive support, UPNP/DLNA, Bluetooth, Shareport (for iOS-devices), web-radio, CD-ripping with automated tagging and automatic music library indexing bring unparalleled versatility to the table.

The Perfect Streaming Companion
As a standalone device, the MX-Stream is the perfect add-on for any integrated amplifier or DAC with USB B input. Not only is the technology inside the MX-Stream complete cutting-edge high-end, every analog circuit in integrated analog amps displays increased performance, when digital circuits and power supplies are kept separate from the analog circuitry. By squeezing in a lot of digital circuits, additional high frequency distortion across the entire system can be observed. Coming from the other direction, huge power supplies for pre and power amps with lots of magnetic radiation impact digital circuit performance negatively. By keeping streaming and amplification separate we can achieve our true high-end sound vision to greater effect and at a more affordable cost, while also guaranteeing the longest lifetime of our amplifiers and streamers.',

The circuitry of the Musicbook SOURCE II has been designed around the high-performance streaming platform and fine-tuned for optimum sound quality.
In the digital-analog converter of the Musicbook SOURCE we use one of the best-sounding converter elements of all times, the AK4493 from the Japanese digital specialist AKM. This converter excels metrologically by extremely low distortion figures and musically by natural timbres, a perfect timing and a totally relaxed pace. The converter blocks are run in mono mode, i.e. each channel has its own D/A converter. But there is more! Prior to the actual conversion, all digital input signals are submitted to an ultra-precise re-sampling by means of an MEMS femto-clock. The thus generated data are absolutely jitter-free: the basic prerequisite for perfect sound with digital music! An additional improvement offers the possibility to convert all data into a 1-bit signal (DSD).
From a musical point of view, this mode of operation is the icing on the cake and opens up a totally new sound dimension in terms of room imaging and high-frequency reproduction.
The analog preamp of the SOURCE II uses a purely analog volume level control. Analog sources are processed on the analog domain. The built-in phono MM preamp offers an exceptionally musical reproduction and is identical in construction to the highly appreciated Limetree Phono. The headphone amplifier of the Musicbook also brings you sound at its finest and has plenty of output power even for demanding headphones.
The power supply of the Musicbook sets new benchmarks for an interference- and noise-free performance. All functional areas are equipped with proprietary, ultra low-noise voltage regulators with less than 10 microvolt of noise voltage. Therefore a mutual influence between the Musicbook’s individual elements can be ruled out.

Limetree Bridge II:
Nieuwe functies:
Sample-rate instelbaar 48 kHz, 96 kHz, 192 kHz

We are proud to unveil the X-Tube – a revolutionary tube output buffer built on our newly designed X-Profile aluminium die-cast chassis. This innovative design marks the return of the X-Profile configuration, a distinctive element in the revered Musical Fidelity X10D tube output buffer and promises to breathe new life into a wide range of future audio electronics products.

From X10D to X-Tube
The X10D, as designed by Musical Fidelity founder Antony Michaelson, is an acronym, or if you prefer ‘a play on words’ for eX-(10)ten-(D)ded. translation =Extended.
The internal circuit design follows faithfully the original and like it, the new X-Tube extends your signal chain and is connected between the input source and the amplifier. It serves as an intermediate stage and is designed to improve the quality of the audio signal and add tube-like tonal characteristics to your line sources. Connectivity is simple, with 1x RCA input and 1x RCA output, as well as an RCA bypass. The old external power supply has been reworked and moved into the enclosure itself, making for a cleaner setup than before.
Benefits of a tube output buffer and its impact on sound.
Tube preamps or tube output buffers hold a special place in the hearts of many audiophiles, offering a distinctive sonic signature that is appreciated by many audio enthusiasts. The warmer, more natural sound, improved dynamics and potentially reduced listening fatigue contribute to a unique and engaging listening experience.
The X-Tube in today's audio world
What is the place of the X-Tube in today's audio world? We are currently seeing a rise in a new generation of affordable streaming devices and DACs. Even CD players are gaining interest as people hold on to their old collections. These modern digital audio devices have great prices, but they do so at the expense of hardware. Software makes up the majority of their costs and there is no budget allocated to, among other things, good output stages. Instead, cheaper integrated IC solutions are used that do not have the power to properly drive line inputs in many amplifiers.
The X-Tube has a clean, high impedance tube input, which means that it will not put as much strain on the output drive capabilities of connected source devices. Normal line inputs on most amplifiers are usually more demanding and cheap output stages will struggle. On the output side, the X-Tube's clean, low impedance tube output buffer has plenty of drive and will have no trouble with a low or high impedance amplifier input.
The X-Tube is designed to be the reliable core of your system, improving modern streamers and keeping pace with the rapid development of digital technology.
While streamers excel in software and deliver great digital-to-analog conversion with the latest DAC technology, they often fall short when it comes to the potential of analog output. And when the analog drive is missing, the X-Tube is the perfect complement.

Just in case.
Meerdere bronnen aansluiten

Cocktail Audio N25 -Network player/streamer with more functionality than usual
Extra digital inputs, HDMI-ARC to connect your TV and the addition of FM and DAB+ radio is a combination of features not normally found on a network player.
Excellent DA converter as a base
cocktailAudio has been using highly regarded SABRE DAC chips for years. The N25 network player, for instance, uses the ESS ES9018K2M SABRE32 Reference DAC (32 bit/384 kHz). With this heavyweight on board, the N25 is future-proof. Indeed, the chip is capable of reproducing all types of High Resolution music files. Not only PCM up to 32Bit/384 kHz can be decoded, but also DSD, DSD 256 (Direct Stream Digital) and DXD (Digital eXtreme Definition)!
Music streaming
cocktailAudio supports all the high-quality streaming services that matter, such as Tidal (MQA), Qobuz, Deezer, Amazon Music and HighResAudio. Via Spotify Connect and Apple Airplay, you can stream music from your smartphone, tablet or Mac to the N25. Internet radio is provided by the best provider currently available: Airable (TuneIn).
What about the free airwaves?
You don't want to depend solely on the internet for news and music should the internet be unavailable for long periods of time? Still, something to think about. With the N25, you always have FM and DAB+ behind you. Just in case.
Connect multiple sources
Via the optical and coaxial digital input, you can connect two more sources that have a digital output. Think, for instance, of a CD player and a TV. For TV, the dedicated HDMI-ARC input can be used in addition to the optical input. The USB-B input allows you to connect a computer. There are also three USB-A inputs for connecting USB sticks or USB disks.

MAXIMUM COMPATIBILITY FOR YOUR STREAMING NEEDS
RIVO means STREAM in Italian, and that's basically the essence of the device. It streams music to your DAC. Nothing more, nothing less. But it does it very, very well.
If you have a DAC you like or an integrated amplifier/preamplifier with a built-in DAC, RIVO is optimized to stream music to them in all high-resolution formats, all with the authentic details.
ABLE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE
The power supply is separate for each section, with 1 supply specifically for the internal clock that has its own stabilizer.
Before feeding the circuits, a filter section is provided, based on a chain of coils and electrolytic capacitors with ad-hoc developed cells.
All the integral components of the RIVO therefore each have their own high performance and stability, which together produce a completely noise-reducing and reliable device.
TECHNOLOGY MADE SIMPLE
Simplicity in the architecture of the RIVO, by building the cleanest possible digital signal path.
Filtering and isolation have been carefully designed using multiple 1:1 OFC copper-oriented transformers, which ensure galvanic isolation of the digital outputs (SPDIF and AES/EBU).
This means that the digital signal path arrives in your DAC without filtering or modification. You are assured that your music is at its clearest and most natural.

Rivo+ is the improved version of our award-winning Rivo digital transport. Developed based on user feedback, Rivo+ enhances the already excellent qualities of the original. Key upgrades include a dedicated ASIC for cleaner S/PDIF and AES-EBU outputs, improved MEMS clocks for lower jitter, I2S over HDMI connectivity for compatible high-end DACs and a 12V trigger to turn other components on and off.
If you demand the ultimate in digital transport performance, the Rivo+ is the solution.
ENHANCED AUDIO VIA I2S/DSD OVER HDMI FOR DEMANDING LISTENERS
The Rivo+ has a dedicated ASIC to generate the S/PDIF and AES-EBU output signals, eliminating this crucial task from the CPU. This specialised integrated circuit is designed to produce these digital output signals with uncompromising precision, free from any possible interference or jitter introduced by the main processor.
This dedicated ASIC is powered by a high-performance MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) clock, which provides an exceptionally stable timing reference with low jitter. Combined with low-noise voltage regulators, this improvement to the RIVO+ ensures that the output signals remain extremely clean and refined.

Netwerkstreaming verloopt via een bekabelde LAN-verbinding of dual-band wi-fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac.

A Complete Redesign
The new PRIMO is the latest generation of our core concept product: our beloved original Primo.
We took the best from the previous design, and made it better.
Now you can get improved performance, premium components, and more features.
Internal Linear Power Supply Stage
With an internal linear power supply stage, the Primo V3 ensures that there is less high-frequency noise on the DC rails. The linear power supply stage filters incoming power and feeds the electronics with clean and stable current.
Combined with the high-precision clock, the design minimises jitter, delivering the clearest signal.
The layout of the electronics is engineered to optimize the placement of each component, guaranteeing the shortest path for the current and preventing voltage loss and electrical noise.
DAC ES9039Q2M
The Primo V3 is equipped with the ES9039Q2M DAC chip that harnesses Hyperstream IV, ESS’s latest delta-sigma DAC modulator architecture.
The Hyperstream IV architecture is designed to reduce distortion and sensitivity to clock jitter.
The DAC architecture is optimized to minimize digital noise while supporting high dynamic range.
High Speed LAN and WiFi Connection
Fast and reliable connectivity is at the very core of every streamer we design.
However, achieving strong wireless performance can often lead to less-than-ideal design choices, with antennas protruding from the back of the device.
We strive to integrate all antennas inside our products to elevate their design while ensuring that connectivity is never compromised.
Quad core ARM CPU
Featuring a Quad-Core A72 ARM processor designed for streaming applications, providing the processing resources required for network communication and real-time media handling.
Adjustable RCA Unbalanced Output
The Primo V3 RCA analog output has 8 selectable voltage levels from 0.5 Vrms to 3.15 Vrms enabling you to adapt the signal level to your amplifiers or active speakers to better match your system and for a more natural volume range.
Stereo XLR Balanced Output
The balanced XLR output on the Primo V3 uses a differential signal to help reduce electrical noise and interference during signal transmission. Adjustable output levels from 1.0 Vrms to 6.3 Vrms support integration with a wide range of amplifiers.

'description_en' => 'Volumio Lineo 5 Duo – high-quality dual linear power supply for streamers and digital audio
The Volumio Lineo 5 Duo is a high-quality linear power supply designed specifically for streamers, DACs, and other audio equipment with a 5V power input. Thanks to two completely independent outputs, a single Lineo 5 Duo can simultaneously provide clean, stable power to two devices. This makes it an ideal partner for, for example, a combination of a Volumio streamer and a DAC.
Unlike conventional switching power supplies, the Lineo 5 Duo employs a linear power supply design. At its heart lies a generously sized toroidal transformer. Additionally, each output features dedicated voltage regulation and filtering, allowing the Lineo 5 Duo to deliver 5 volts and up to 4 amperes per output.
Volumio also places great emphasis on minimizing electrical noise and interference. The power supply utilizes high-quality, audio-grade components and low-ESR capacitors. With a total buffer capacity of an impressive 40,000 µF, the unit boasts a substantial energy reserve. The specified residual noise is a mere 20 µV, ensuring that connected audio components receive an exceptionally stable, low-noise power supply.
The two independent outputs make the Volumio Lineo 5 Duo linear power supply particularly practical. For instance, you can combine a Volumio Rivo or Rivo Plus with the Volumio Preciso DAC and power both devices from a single unit. The Lineo 5 Duo is also compatible with the Volumio Primo V2, Primo V3, and Primo Plus, among others. Other compatible 5V audio equipment can also be connected. The Lineo 5 Duo is not suitable for the Volumio Integro and Motivo.
The electronics are housed in a robust, all-aluminum casing. The chassis doubles as a passive heat sink, eliminating the need for a fan. Two GX12 outputs are located on the rear panel. Volumio supplies two matching cables—featuring a GX12 connector at one end and a 5.5 x 2.1 mm barrel connector at the other.
With its dual output, powerful toroidal transformer, and low-noise linear design, the Volumio Lineo 5 Duo serves as a high-quality power supply upgrade for a digital hi-fi system. Moreover, a single Lineo 5 Duo replaces two separate power supplies, keeping the setup neat and compact.',
