De SCHEU Tacco MK II is het legendarische topmodel met de conische houten toonarmbuis die gemaakt is van prestigieus hout van thuja cedar of amboina pine.
Naast het onderhoud van alle bekende geometrische parameters, concentreerde men bij de ontwikkeling van de apparatuur zich ook op een zorgvuldige materiaalkeuze. De daadwerkelijke lager- / contragewichteenheid is dus gemaakt van wolfraam, waardoor niet alleen een compact ontwerp mogelijk is om alle vrij bewegende massa in een gecondenseerde ruimte te concentreren, maar ook de effectieve onderdrukking van resonantie in de lagereenheid dankzij de hoge dichtheid van het metaal. Door deze manier van bouwen kunnen alle soorten opgeslagen energie snel en effectief worden verwijderd. De Tacco toonarm heeft een unipivot-lager. De punt van het lager is een robijnrode bol aan het uiteinde van een hardmetalen staaf. De lageruitsparing zit in het lagerblok en is gemaakt van een leuko- (witte) saffier. Deze opstelling leidt tot extreem weinig interne wrijving en bovendien is het contactoppervlak goed gedefinieerd, waardoor elke verschuiving van het lagerpunt wordt geelimineerd.

The Tacco tonearm has a unipivot bearing. The tip of the bearing is a ruby sphere at the end of a hard metal rod. The bearing recess is set into the bearing block and is made of a leuko-(white) sapphire. This arrangement leads to extremely little internal friction and, in addition, the contact surface is well-defined, eliminating any shifting of the point of the bearing.

De voorganger van deze SCHEU toonarm is veelvuldig verkocht en bereikte bijna een cultstatus. Als gevolg van de populariteit en de vraag is er nu een compleet redesigned MKII verkrijgbaar.
De modificaties ten opzichte van de MK I hebben zich geconcentreerd op base unit van de toonarm. Met high gloss nikkel finish en een verbeterde lift en anti-skating mechanisme en een lifting base die verstelbaar is op 2 manieren. Het verbetert het operationele en trekt het geheel naar een hogere betrouwbaarheid en standaard.
Het principe van een unipivot lagering en uit praktijk ervaring betrouwbare zaken zoals een single-piece toonarm gemaakt van een door laser gesneden plaat aluminium gevouwen in een u-vormig profiel met een optionele zwarte of rode poedercoatin, de nitrogeen geharde en gepolijste unipivot lagering voor minimale frictie en een toonarmkabels lopen direct door naar cinchpluggen blijven desondanks niet parallel zoals altijd. Azimuth instelling, laterale balans en anti-skating zijn geintegreerd in de arm.
Enige wat niet veranderd is het excellente geluid en onverslaanbare prijs voor de arm met deze kwaliteiten.

De voorganger van deze SCHEU toonarm is veelvuldig verkocht en bereikte bijna een cultstatus. Als gevolg van de populariteit en de vraag is er nu een compleet redesigned MKII verkrijgbaar.
De modificaties ten opzichte van de MK I hebben zich geconcentreerd op base unit van de toonarm. Met high gloss nikkel finish en een verbeterde lift en anti-skating mechanisme en een lifting base die verstelbaar is op 2 manieren. Het verbetert het operationele en trekt het geheel naar een hogere betrouwbaarheid en standaard.
Het principe van een unipivot lagering en uit praktijk ervaring betrouwbare zaken zoals een single-piece toonarm gemaakt van een door laser gesneden plaat aluminium gevouwen in een u-vormig profiel met een optionele zwarte of rode poedercoatin, de nitrogeen geharde en gepolijste unipivot lagering voor minimale frictie en een toonarmkabels lopen direct door naar cinchpluggen blijven desondanks niet parallel zoals altijd. Azimuth instelling, laterale balans en anti-skating zijn geintegreerd in de arm.
Enige wat niet veranderd is het excellente geluid en onverslaanbare prijs voor de arm met deze kwaliteiten.

De Encounter-arm introduceert dual-pivot lagers in het Origin Live toonarmassortiment. Dual Pivot lagers ontkoppelen de arm van zijn omgeving op een veel bekwamere manier dan conventionele lagers. Het resultaat is vergelijkbaar met Uni-pivot armen in termen van een natuurlijke vloeiende kwaliteit van het geluid. Dit heeft echter niet de nadelen van Uni-pivot armen - namelijk de lastige setup, wiebelige cueing en verminderde basprestaties.
Dual Pivot lagers hebben het voordeel van zeer lage wrijving, waardoor de ontmoeting transparanter en muzikaler klinkt dan met de Zephyr arm, waardoor je eerder onopgemerkte details in je muziek kunt horen. Arm Buis is een hoogwaardige vliegtuiglegering om het effect van resonantie te verminderen. Dit heeft het enorme voordeel dat je cartridge correct kan functioneren zonder ongewenste bewegingen veroorzaakt door resonantie.
Achterstomp met hoge sterkte, verbetert de stabiliteit van het contragewicht bij trillingen, waardoor de armbuis de cartridge stabieler kan vasthouden.
Headshell heeft een verbeterde ontkoppeling en lichtgewicht vingerlift.
Dubbele pivotlagers Voor verticale armbewegingen bestaan de lagers uit ultraharde wolfraamcarbidepunten die in geharde en gepolijste stalen cups zitten. Deze combinatie zorgt niet alleen voor ongelooflijk lage wrijvingsniveaus, maar is ook veel robuuster dan juwelen lagers die de neiging hebben te versplinteren onder stress. Het resultaat is een ongelooflijke transparantie, vloeiendheid en weergave van fijne details.
Nauwkeurige en toegankelijke VTA-afstelling
De VTA kan nauwkeurig en traploos worden afgesteld met een gekalibreerde draaiknop met een grote diameter. Een bijkomend voordeel is dat alle aanpassingen boven de armplaat kunnen worden uitgevoerd (in tegenstelling tot de lagere armen in de serie die toegang onder de armplaat vereisen).

Cantus
